We bought a 2026 KZ 261RL, picked up July 3,2025. Dick’s RV in Durand/Arkabsaw, WI., is just great. Many persons helped us: Tyler and Lon in sales, Casey in finance, Randy Mgr of service and Drew the service tech. Stephanie office manager and a great young lady ( can’t remember name) that prepped inside outside with special coating, cleaned entire rig. And let’s not forget Eric, Manager of total the Team. This is our 3rd rv from Dick’s RV: Passport, Grand Design and now KZ. Both Pat and myself thank the entire group to accomplish the venture. We head out July 7, 2025 for a 20 day trip. Thks, Doug B

If you go to any other RV place that is not affiliated with Dick's RV. You went to the wrong place. These guys know what they're doing and they do it with excellence. Their sales staff are attentive and will make sure you are familiar with an RV before you buy it. The financial staff are fast and helpful you understand things in common languages so you know what you're signing and doing. Finally the service staff walked through everything, they also taught us how to use everything and gave us a full tour before we left. I feel way more confident taking out the trailer thanks to these guys. My next RV purchase is definitely going to be with Dick's.
